In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us at (513) 874-6550, or by email at contact@valcomelton.com. All returns must be approved by Valco Melton. We do not offer self-serve returns. 

Shipping and handling charges to return items to our warehouse location will be the responsibility of the customer.
